Consultation Policies

Consultations with our Accredited Cosmetic Dentist, Dr. Sage, are $150, while virtual consultations are $50. At the time of booking your consultation, we ask for a credit card to hold your 45 minute appointment slot. Nothing will be charged until the end of your consultation and the amount charged for the consultation can be applied toward your treatment should you decide to move forward. During your 45 minute consultation with Dr. Sage and his team, you will get a comprehensive assessment of your needs and desired results, view a photo gallery as well as receive a full treatment plan outlined with pricing and treatments. We ask that you bring any photos that you like to allow Dr. Sage to prepare the best treatment based on your smile design goals. If for any reason you schedule a consultation and need to reschedule your visit, please give us 48 hours notice to avoid any no show fees.

Consultations with our Medical Esthetics team are $100 for a 30 minute in-office consultation, which can be fully applied towards any service or treatment. At the time of scheduling your appointment, we ask for a credit card to secure your appointment day and time. As our doctors and nurses times are valuable and the appointment time is a slot fully dedicated to you, we ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid any additional fees.

Your 30 minute consultation is the time where our providers will do a complete facial assessment and discuss your esthetic goals. This appointment is just a consultation and based on the treatment that you and our providers have discussed, an appointment will be made for treatment. Because we want to ensure you are the proper candidate for the treatment that our team has outlined for you, we schedule your appointment after your consultation to ensure that your skin is prepped and can benefit from the best results. Should you want to book a consultation-to-treatment appointment, a $100 fee will be collected at the time of scheduling your appointment to secure your 1 hour appointment slot.

Consultations with our Board Certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Sohail Saghezchi are $250. During your consultation you will get a comprehensive exam, X-rays will be taken, unless you have already taken them elsewhere, and a complete evaluation of your oral surgery needs will be assessed. You will be given a complete treatment plan, and depending on your needs, treatment may begin the day of your consultation. Local anesthesia is given in our office. Following your consultation, should you choose to have your procedure under general anesthesia, we will schedule you with Dr. Sohail at UCSF Oral Surgery Department.

Often times, if you are in for a Cosmetic Medical esthetic consultation, we may combine the consultation with our Cosmetic Dental team and visa versa. Our goal at Cupertino Facial Esthetics is to provide as much information and education to outline the best treatments for you. Whether you are in just for a Botox/Dysport, or filler appointment our skilled team will do a comprehensive consultation and evaluation to allow you to understand the anatomy of your face and how each of our specialty services can get you to your desired result.
